Welcome to evoptix.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and the purchase of EV charging products and associated installation services ("Products" and "Services"). The Site and services are offered by Electric Miles Ltd, and EVOptix is a trading name of Electric Miles Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4.2 Products and Services

  • Products: Product descriptions and prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product.

  • Installation Services: “Standard Installation” is performed by certified third-party contractors and is subject to a pre-installation survey. Work falling outside the standard scope will require an additional quote. If you decline the quote, you may be eligible for an installation refund as per our Returns Policy.

4.3 Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information.

4.4 Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other matter in which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electric Miles Ltd (t/a EVOptix) shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit or data, arising from your use of our Site, products, or services.
In relation to installation, our liability for defects is limited to coordinating with our installation partner to undertake remedial work. We are not liable for pre-existing electrical conditions at your property.

4.5 Errors and Inaccuracies
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site and to cancel orders arising from such errors, even after an order is confirmed.

4.6 Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Electric Miles Ltd (t/a EVOptix) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.7 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

4.8 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on our Site. Your continued use of our Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
