Refund policy


1. Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to goods purchased at evoptix.com and lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. Any item you wish to return must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. This policy is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer (including your right to a refund for faulty or misdescribed goods).

1.1 Returns and Refunds for Goods

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable Items: The following cannot be returned unless faulty: gift cards; and products that have been installed or show signs of attempted installation.

  • Process: To start a return, please contact us at support@evoptix.com. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

1.2 Cancellation of Installation Services

  • Full Refund: Cancel your installation service by notifying us at least 7 working days before the scheduled date for a full refund of the installation fee.

  • Partial Refund: For cancellations with less than 7 working days' notice, we reserve the right to retain a cancellation fee of [e.g., 20% of the installation cost or £150] to cover incurred costs.

  • Post-Installation: The installation fee is non-refundable once the service is completed.

  • Failed Installation: If our installer determines the work falls outside the "Standard Installation" scope and we cannot agree on a solution, you may return the product (subject to section 1.1) and will receive a full refund for the installation service.

1.3 Faulty Goods

If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or develops a fault covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights and the manufacturer's warranty.
